Key Cards (Pool/Weight Room/Tennis)

In order to access the neighborhood pools, tennis courts, and weight room, residents must use key cards issued by The Estates Community Association. Please note the following:

  • One key card is issued per household; this one key will allow access to the pool, courts and weight room
  • Chris Waples handles the issuance of key cards so please contact him directly at [email protected] or 678-480-3031 if you require the issuance or assistance with a key card
  • If a key card is misplaced, there is a $10 replacement fee to receive a new card; this fee may be paid to Chris when picking up the new card by cash or check made payable to The Estates Community Association
  • Requests to purchase additional key cards for household members will not be approved; there were multiple occurrences in the past of cards being passed out to nonresidents so the decision was made to restrict the number of cards to one per household to ensure appropriate tracking and limit nonresident use of our amenities
  • Please note that requests for new or replacement cards may take several business days so please plan accordingly
